Fabrizio Hochschild draws on more than three decades of field and senior leadership experience in the United Nations to offer lectures and teaching engagements on a range of interconnected themes.

His approach combines analytical rigour with first-hand testimony: he has negotiated with armed groups, coordinated peace processes, led humanitarian operations in active war zones, advised Secretaries-General, and also failed — publicly and instructively.

His lectures are not frameworks from a distance. They are reflections from inside the most complex environments the world has to offer.
